High Blood Pressure ( Hypertension ) Apparatus Invent & Improvement History
Invention
The theory of biologically closed electric circuits was first proposed by Dr. Bjorn E.W. Nordenstrom, MD, Professor Emeritus of Radiology Karolinska Institute, Sweden ("Biologically Closed Electric Circuits", Bjorn, E.W. Nordenstrom, 1983, Nordic Medical Publications). It is believed that the energy exchange in tissue and organ metabolism, the material transportation between blood vessel and cell is accomplished not only through blood circulation but also through biologically closed electric circuits (BCEC). The bioelectric methods based on Dr. Nordenstrom's theory are even used for cancer treatment at St. George Hospital in Bad Aibling, Germany and Chinese-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing, China.
During the similar period of time, a research group lead by Mr. Jiajun Gao, a senior engineer in Bioelectric Institute in Jilin Province, China, discovered the abnormal electric potential among high blood pressure patients. Combining the acupuncture theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Mr. Gao invented this hypertension apparatus that can reduce blood pressure in 3-5 minutes without involvement of medication in 1987.
Improve Process
First generation Single side ear clip hypertension apparatus (China patent no:ZL88 2 21270.2)
Second generation Double side ear clip hypertension apparatus (China patent no:ZL89 2 01615.9). Patent was licensed in 1992 to Suzhou Medical Appliance Factory, which has more than 130-year history and the No.1 acupuncture needle producer in China. This type of apparatus can still be seen in market.
Third generation Necklace type hypertension apparatus (China patent no:ZL90 2 06338.3) Marketing stopped because of the high production cost and fluctuation in time needed to see effect.
Newest fourth generation Handhold hypertension apparatus (China patent no:ZL94 3 00309.1) gets popular because its quickness in effect and easy in usage. |
